Asiana has always felt a strong connection to the natural elements and how they interact in body, on earth. I came to Core Synchronism after working with a psychotherapist that used Core in our work together. I found that I moved through traumas faster than with any other modalities I had tried. Hannah Schoonover earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. Since my introduction to Core Synchronism in 2002, it has been fundamental to my experience of the world, and one of my greatest joys. I completed level 4 in 2004, and levels 5-7 immediately upon their introduction. I continue to attend classes annually to increase my depth of knowledge. I deeply appreciate the opportunity to help clients experiencing any physical or mental/emotional issue, whether acute or chronic, and also gladly offer treatments with the simple goal of a client’s general well-being.
After graduation from the Univ. of Illinois with a BS in Occupational Therapy, I worked for almost 20 years in acute psychiatric hospitals, then, in the rehab departments of nursing homes and briefly, in the schools, with disabled children. In 2003, with the encouragement of my daughter, a Core Synchronism therapist, I began my Core Synchronism journey. Taking classes yearly, I studied all levels. In 2005, I opened my office and have loved working with my wonderful clients. Robert Stevens is the founder of the hand medicine system known as Core Synchronism. Robert is also the Director of the prestigious New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At NMSNT Robert teaches introductory core classes, RS flower essences, introductory core radionics, philosophy of natural therapeutics, RS essential oil/flower essence formulas, hydrotherapy, natural first aid and nature cure techniques. The full certification program for Core Synchronism is taught as part of NMSNT’s continuing education program at least once per year. Robert has been offering private therapy treatments since 1974.
