One essential tool for the natural first aid kit is an eye cup. Why? Here are two examples. An eye cup makes it easy to wash the eye, bath the eye, nourish the eye. Move the eye up, down, left, right, diagonal, counter-clockwise, clockwise for several minutes. Bring the head down and remove the eye cup from the eye.
