Description
Erika Shinya(CCSP, LMT, NTS, MSW) received her training as a massage therapist and bodyworker at New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. She is also a certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor. She practices core synchronism, integrated bodywork, and leads yoga classes in Western Pennsylvania. She practices core synchronism both for in-person and remote sessions. She also practices and teaches core synchronism both in the US and Japan.
