At the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, our principle goal is to turn out experienced and compassionate massage therapists. We accomplish this through our high-caliber faculty and our carefully crafted, extremely experiential, hands-on program.
Students will learn and practice the vast variety of bodywork modalities taught at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. Classes consist of some philosophy lecture, but most of the time will be spent giving and receiving treatments of each and every bodywork modality. These classroom treatments, along with experienced gained through working in our student internship clinic, prepare graduates of our program for a rewarding career helping people in the field of massage therapy and natural therapeutics.
- True health, like a gentle breeze or a honeybee, dusts and pollinates everything and everyone it touches. Healthy water, for example, demands that we safeguard the streams and rivers from which that water flows. Healthy, vibrant food requires healthy, uncontaminated soil. Proper oxygenation of the lungs demands not only long walks but also clean, unpolluted air. A peaceful social environment in which to raise healthy children requires good communication with other peoples of the world, a cultivation and appreciation of similarities and common interests.Svevo Brooks
