As a certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a wellness program designed specifically for you and your body type can be provided. Since 1999 I have developed a personalized, integrated, holistic approach to health . Together we will address body, mind, spirit, and soul issues which keep you in a state of disease. My therapeutic plan includes core synchronism, detox therapies, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and balancing supplements designed to greatly enhance the healing process. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself when it is allowed to rest and as your practitioner and teacher of holistic health, we will look to the cause of the imbalance and not just treat your symptoms.
