Why build a natural first aid kit?
- To take care of yourself, your family, your friends, your clients.
- To be prepared.
- To learn how to treat common acute conditions such as injuries, ear ache, eye complaints, etc.
One essential tool for the natural first aid kit is an eye cup. Why? Here are two examples. An eye cup makes it easy to wash the eye, bath the eye, nourish the eye. Fill the cup 1/2 full with an all around medicine for all eye complaints. Like fresh urine. Fit the cup over the eye so it is sealed well. Tilt the head back. Open the eye. Move the eye up, down, left, right, diagonal, counter-clockwise, clockwise for several minutes. Bring the head down and remove the eye cup from the eye.
