Traumatic experiences can have profound effects on our bodies, minds, and psyches. Learn how the “physiology of trauma” disrupts nervous system functioning and how bodywork and simple mind-body tools can begin to restore regulation. We will discuss the somatic expressions of trauma and cover ethical ways to avoid “re-traumatization”. Prerequisite to Trauma and the Body part 2
