Students will be meeting for two (2) weekends in March and will be in class for 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Students will need to bring: Padding such as comforters, sleeping bags, futon mattress, etc. We will be on the floor for this work, so being comfortable is a must! I can give you my recommendations for Thai mats as well, just inquire!

Thai Yoga Massage has its roots in the ancient systems of Yoga, Buddhism, and Ayurveda.   Called the “lazy man’s yoga”, this meditative flow weaves together energy, loving-kindness intention, and mindful techniques to dissolve blockages and alleviate stress.  It combines assisted stretching, acupressure, and compression to improve flexibility and balance the body’s energy.

Thai Massage can weave beautifully into your current practice, is adaptable to the table, and has body mechanics that will do wonders for the longevity and endurance of your practice! Open a new path of healing for your clients and yourself!

Cole Chance travels the world with wide eyes and an open heart, sharing her love of yoga, bodywork, and well-being wherever she lands. Learn more about her offerings, trainings, and retreats at ColeChanceYoga.com.
