Scrubbing the Body

A Body Scrub session stimulates the lymphatic & circulatory system by exfoliating dead skin cells with a gentle, but brisk, body scrubbing/brushing. This opens skin pores, releases toxins & takes in oxygen while creating vitality. Skin scrubbing/brushing can sustain or reestablish the skin’s functional integrity and youthful glow. It aids in waste removal, helps slow the skin’s aging process, increases circulation, even improves digestion and alleviates muscular tension. As such, skin brushing is a particularly powerful therapy, which can positively impact the entire body.

Scalp Massage with Hot Oil Hair Therapy

A warm oil hair and scalp massage can be wonderfully relaxing for the mind and nervous system and help relieve headaches and migraines. Massaging the scalp and hair with warm oil is best way to nourish the scalp and hair topically. It relaxes the mind and nervous system as oils and herbs provide excellent

deep moisturizing and nourishing benefits. Head massage enhances blood circulation in the head and neck area and helps promote sound sleep at night. When the scalp is “tight” from stress, circulation and hair growth are impeded. Regular scalp massage can increase the amount of the natural body oil, sebum produced in the hair follicle.
