Class Description: Whatever the body is doing, it continues to the face. Face Therapy is a blend of highly effective massage techniques applied throughout the session to address the subtle and invisible aspects of our lifestyles that manifest in the neck, face, shoulders, and in other parts of our bodies. The facial muscles, the neck and shoulders are the most neglected muscles of the body. Face Therapy supports their need to be touched and massaged in order to neutralize the signs of aging and open areas of the body where repetitive injury is setting in, causing muscles to shorten and nerve conductivity to become unbalanced.

Face Therapy restores the skin’s radiance while it tones the muscles and creates a safe and effective method of treating the problem of sagging, aging skin, repetitive injury and nerve impingement without surgery. The massage strokes penetrate the deeper layers of the facial skin and the underlying muscles. The extensive, uplifting massage of the face, neck, shoulders and upper back, help to combat the signs of aging, sun damage and dramatically improve the skin’s appearance, the client’s overall posture, muscle tension and nerve conductivity.
