As body workers we know that our clients’ thoughts and emotions have a profound impact on their physical bodies. Have you ever wondered how you could help your clients find more emotional balance during and after a bodywork session? Integrating the Bach Flower Essences into your practice may be just the tool you need.
This 16-hour (16 CEU’s) class starts with a brief history of Dr Edward Bach and how he discovered Flower Essences and will cover each of his “38 Healers” in depth. Additionally, an overview of Chinese Five Element Theory will be given with emphasis on the emotion associated with each Element. Simple five point treatment sequences designed to assist emotional balance will be taught. The flower essences with the strongest resonance for certain points will be discussed and provided for use. These treatments are simple, easy, and designed to be integrated into sessions with other modalities like massage, Cranial Sacral, Core, Shiatsu, Reiki, and others.
Dr Bach believed that by treating the mental and emotional imbalances of the client that the physical illness would be healed. Flowers are the part of the plant which most clearly expresses it’s essence or soul. By applying medicine made from flowers to acupressure points, we can affect the body’s energy system on such a deep level that it can often initiate alchemical responses and thereby begin to heal our souls. This class is designed to be fun, educational, and experiential.
