Julie Gutmann

Instructor of Herbal Medicine

Julie Gutmann graduated from the NM School of Natural Therapeutics in 1995, and continued her studies in herbs and natural healing at the North American College of Botanical Medicine.  Later, she studied traditional Chinese medicine and herbs at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine until it closed in 2004.  She has been teaching herb classes and other therapeutic modalities since 2006.  She loves the bright-eyed look of understanding (and fun!) that students get upon mastering the art of medicine-making with herbs.  She continues to teach and learn more about the plant world everyday.
