We have a wide variety of classes that focus on the internal and external uses of water during any phase of the quest for health. Here is a list of a few: water drinking, water fasting, hot spinal packs, cold packs, cold towel friction, foot baths, full body baths, cold sheet packs, hot bucket baths, partial cold packs, enemas and colon irrigation therapy.
