Description: Our integrated Anatomy & Physiology course is specifically designed for Massage Therapy and Natural Therapeutics practitioners. It includes a thorough examination how the body system’s function in relation to each other and as a whole. Lindsay Freeman and Carol Rice present the material in way that is easy for students of all education levels to comprehend. They use lecture, accompanied with hands-on palpation, which enables students to fully integrate the material. Emphasis is placed upon the understanding of word parts, muscles, bones, nerves, and the functioning of the human structure. Material that is taught enables a bodyworker to effectively practice their therapeutic art. Pathology and Kinesiology, non-specific stretches are included.
